    Are there any techniques you'd recommend when soldering a TO -263-5 MOSFET with solder paste just using hot air? Since those things have large thermal pads and I have large power planes running through them

    Oh cool! So that solder paste is just tiny bits of solder suspended in some goop that melts away when it gets hit with heat? Thanks for the step by step here 😛
