    hi there im trying to solder some aftermarket l.e.d's on the panel board of a 2008 toyota tundra instrument cluster but the original l.e.d's on the elect. panel have 4 little wires dont know how to call them sorry but im guessing two are positive and two negative just dont know how to tell which are positive and negative if u can please help me?

    What happens when LEDs are having a solder point at the middle of its back instead of just left and right sides?

    What temperature did you have your soldering iron when you installed these LEDs? I'm asking because when I unsoldered some broken ones on my system, I noticed that the LED's were melting as I unsoldered them. I'm worried when I put new LEDs on my board, the same thing will happen if my soldering iron is too hot. Let me know as soon as possible, I'm ready to start soldering here.

    hey so i have a phantom and the led 5050 thing came of and there are 3 pins on each side and i was wondering if i can just solder all 3 pins together on 1 side and the other and then solder the led thing like you did
