RV Solar: tour of our set-up and Q&A

Curious about our RV solar set-up? Put this on your calendar! We'll start off this live stream with a tour of our DIY solar install and then we'll take your questions.

Most of the components are parts are Victron Energy purchased from AM Solar (https://amsolar.com/). Our panels are 340 watt 24-volt panels by Solar World.

We'll be rounding all this up in a blog post so make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter to stay up to date: http://veganrv.com

Could you please do a video where you show the components in the bay and their names & how you wired them? The video that you showed wasn't clear & didn't show clear & steady the set up in the bay. I really want to see & for you to walk it through without live questions. I Thank you I love your videos

You guys are so cute. I've been waiting until I have enough time to watch this live feed so eventually just put it on while I was at work haha. You had some technical problems but you sure hustled around on your solar tour! It'd be great to see more from you.

Great video guys.. Check out the Sumo springs, we added them to our 2001 Adventure 35U and it was a game changer, also have to ask.. you said your basement was not heated.. are you sure because ours is using gas, but not electric as it blows from the ceiling, BUT the system will automatically switch from electric to gas at 45f.. also have a question .. is your sheding syatem that came from Winnebago still connected..
